Ken comes to C12 as an executive with master degrees in both administration and divinity.  He is a master trainer and was recognized as one of the top 150 training consultants in world by the Dale Carnegie organization.  Ken is committed to bring C12 to the business community in Central Maryland and the DC Washington metro area.  His mission is to help business owners achieve Christ-given goals and objectives to honor God with their businesses and their lives.
 
Ken’s leadership experience extends to the business, government, and non-profit arenas.  He has a heart for business as ministry which has led him to practice leadership that impacted families with the National Institutes of Health.  During Ken’s tenure with Health and Human Services he received numerous awards, was recognized for business acumen, and was asked to lead several important task groups to bring innovation and change in how government does business.  
 
Ken has used his leadership gifts in serving churches in Missouri, Virginia, and in Maryland, where he helped to plant a new church in the Frederick, Maryland area.   During this time he also served as a Vice President for a national non-profit on an critical societal issue which lead him to help businesses and organizations around the country develop initiatives and programs that would generate profits and revenues to grow their organizations.  Along the way, Ken has developed proposals and led major projects encompassing millions of dollars in revenue.
 
Family life is important and essential spiritual component to Ken.  He has a passion to leave a Godly legacy in both business and in his family for future generations.  Ken and his beautiful wife Shonda have four children, Carli, Caleb, Kaiden, and Kyston.   Ken enjoys playing football with his kids and taking them on beach vacations.
